Run Forgejo Release Sync / sync (push) Failing after 40s
- Introduced `config.toml` to manage repository-specific settings. - Added GitHub Actions workflow for scheduled and manual Forgejo release synchronization. - Updated Dockerfile for Alpine AOT builds, customized Alpine mirrors, and improved dependency management.
